Анотація
The article describes the features of Swedish experience of the education system for adult social workers in the context of preparation for work with migrants. The author analyzes the concept of «lifelong learning» and «adult education» and has identified their influence on the development of adult education for social workers in Sweden. The article describes four keys performance criteria of the Swedish system of adult education, which include the possibility of lifelong education, involvement in the education of people of all ages (especially the Third Age), informal education and other social institutions which support the adult education. The author has investigated that the Swedish system of adult education as an important component of lifelong learning is a multifunctional system which has aimed to meet the basic human needs in education, culture, health preservation and adaptation in a world, which has a tandancy to dramatically and quickly changes, the absorption of new social roles. It also has determined that the Swedish system of adult education for social workers consists of formal and informal components, which in turn have a large number of public and private organizations whose main purpose is to assist in the preparation of social workers to work with migrants.

У статті розкрито особливості шведського досвіду організації системи освіти для дорослих соціальних працівників у контексті підготовки до роботи з мігрантами. Автором проаналізовано поняття «неперервна освіта» і «освіта дорослих» й визначено їх вплив на розвиток системи освіти дорослих соціальних працівників у Швеції. Визначено, що шведська система освіти дорослих соціальних працівників складається з формального та неформального компонентів, що, у свою чергу, представлені великою кількістю державних і недержавних організацій, основною метою яких є сприяння у підготовці соціальних працівників до роботи з мігрантами.
